These Ambassador Programme Terms ("Programme Terms") govern the Nina Purple Ambassador Programme ("the Programme"), operated by Nina Purple, a Wyoming Statutory Close Corporation wholly owned by Blue Black Purple Corp. (Montréal, Canada). They complete the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which continue to apply; where they conflict, these Programme Terms prevail for the Programme only. By applying to the Programme or accepting the ambassador status, you accept these Programme Terms.
To become and remain an ambassador you must:
The ambassador status is personal, cannot be transferred, and can be revoked by Nina Purple at any time under section 6. An ambassador may also step down at any time by writing to us.
The role:
The commitment: a minimum of 6 months, 2-4 hours per week, and attendance at the quarterly ambassador check-ins. An ambassador speaks for Nina Purple in the community but is not an employee, agent or representative authorised to bind Nina Purple; no salary, fee or expense reimbursement is attached to the role unless agreed in writing.
Ambassadors receive the following benefits:
These benefits mean exactly the following:
BBP rewards are subject to these Programme Terms. BBP can't be exchanged for cash and can't be transferred. Rewards are issued under the BBP Rewards programme rules (waiting period, safety hold) and only for activity that genuinely took place; Nina Purple may withhold or reverse a reward obtained through self-referrals, duplicate or inactive accounts, or events that did not take place as declared.
BBP Rewards points have in-platform value only: no cash value, not transferable, not redeemable for money, and non-refundable, as set out in section 6 of the Terms of Service. They pay for micro-interactions only (connections, messages, photo reveals, event tickets and Experience bookings) and never for the membership fee or any other fee. When the ambassador status ends, the points already earned stay in your wallet and the standard 12-month expiry resumes as described in section 4.
Ambassadors are held to the Terms of Service and to the community guidelines they acknowledged at onboarding, with a higher standard of care: respectful, honest and inclusive conduct toward every member, no pressure on members to connect, pay or attend, no private use of member data, and no public statement on behalf of Nina Purple without our agreement.
Nina Purple may suspend or revoke the ambassador status, after review by a person, when an ambassador breaches these Programme Terms or the Terms of Service, stops meeting the eligibility or commitment conditions, is the subject of substantiated reports, or when the Programme changes or ends. Revocation removes the badge and the Programme benefits from that date; it does not affect your membership, which continues under the Terms of Service.
We may change the Programme and these Programme Terms. Material changes to the rewards are announced to ambassadors by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect, and never reduce a reward already earned. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
